This package is designed for six weeks prior to the BIG DAY. Detailed Events knows how hard you have worked up to this point. We take care of all the little last minute details, so you can enjoy everything about your special day. You will truly feel like a guest at your own wedding.

• Initial detailed meeting with couple and interested parties to discuss overall vision of wedding
• Customized wedding folder to hold all details of wedding plans including contact information and contracts
• Coordinates and confirms vendors and venues
• Orchestrates rehearsal with wedding party
• Distribution of wedding day timeline to wedding party and families
• Holds wedding day accessories (unity candles, marriage license, guest book, cake knife, etc.)
• Contact vendors with any last minute changes
• Complete wedding day management
• Transfer ceremony items to reception
• Onsite reception supervision
• Direct flow of speeches, cake cutting, specialty dances, etc
• Distribution of final payments or gratuities on behalf of couple
• Event kit, we are prepared for anything
